You will need one form of current federal or state-issued identification when stopping into one of our ezStorage facilities. Identification must have a photograph and signature on it. A valid example would be your driver’s license. We also need a phone number where we can reach you if needed.

• We first show you the facility’s various security features that protect your valuables.
• Our storage experts will then show you your storage unit and make sure that it meets your storage needs.
• If you need to make a change then or at a later date, it’s easy! Our month-to-month rental agreements make changing units a breeze (subject to availability).

You have access to your storage unit 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 6 AM to 9 PM at most locations. Please refer to the location details of your ezStorage location for storage unit gate access hours.

At most of our ezStorage locations, we offer special climate-controlled storage units. These storage units keep temperature levels stable year-round to help protect delicate belongings. You can expect one of these storage units to keep temperatures between 50 and 85 degrees. We recommend using climate controlled storage for your most valuable items or if you plan to store for a long period of time.

Yes! You’ll find plenty of easy-to-use loading carts at no cost to you at our storage facilities. Our customers find that they make moving your belongings much easier. The only thing we ask is that you put them back when you are done using them.

Your storage unit rent is due before the first of each month. For example, the rent due for the month of June is due on or before May 31st.

Only our business customers receive invoices upon request. All other storage customers simply pay month-to-month.

At ezStorage, paying your storage unit rent is fast and simple. We offer several ways to pay your bill for your convenience:

• Enroll in AutoPay during or after time of rental. On a monthly basis, ezStorage will automatically charge your credit card for you. To take advantage of this service, please enroll in person at your nearby storage facility.
• Pay online using our customer portal. Register online and pay your bill or even elect Autopay for added convenience. ezStorage accepts VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover®, or American Express®.
• Pay by phone. ezStorage accepts credit card payments over the phone. Call your nearby ezStorage at 877-467-8673 and follow the instructions on the phone.
  Please note that you will need to know the zip code of your storage location and your unit number to make a payment.
• Pay by mail. Simply put your payment in an envelope and mail it to your location. Please make sure to put your unit number on your check or money order.
• Pay in person. Drop by your nearest ezStorage facility and pay by cash, check or credit card (VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover®, or American Express®).
