Freshman year for college students is a year of challenges, adjustments and fun experiences. One of the biggest challenges for new students is getting used to sharing a dorm room with one or more roommates. Dorm rooms are usually very small, some averaging only 300 square feet. Small dorm rooms mean that every type of storage opportunity must be optimized. McDaniel College students should consider renting a self storage unit to store those items that will not fit in the space allotted in the room. A self storage unit is a terrific year round student storage solution for extra furniture, bedding, books, athletic equipment and seasonal clothing. Renting a storage unit is a great place for McDaniel College students and faculty to store their belongings, either short-term or long-term, if they are interning or working at a co-op position away from campus. Placing belongings in a storage unit while away will lower the stress of moving belongings to and from home when not on campus. ezStorage offers month-to-month rentals that are perfect for college students on a budget. ezStorage self storage facilities offer state-of-the-art security systems giving students the peace of mind that their belongings are safe and secure while in storage.
