It’s also important to replace the lightbulbs in all light fixtures and lanterns to make sure your yard is as illuminated as possible in the event somebody is driving by at night to take a look.

Whether these two items are together or separate, a shiny mailbox with freshly hung address numbers could be a detail that puts your curb appeal over the top.
