ezStorage is a leader among self-storage businesses

Headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, ezStorage is the largest self storage company in Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC.

ezStorage Company Philosophy

ezStorage opened its doors in 1988 with a modest 700 self-storage units and one simple philosophy: customer care.

Today we offer over 43,000 self-storage units with more on the way and our philosophy remains steadfastly the same.

Although we are one of the largest self-storage businesses in the country, each and every customer is our first and foremost concern. Take a tour of any of our locations and our customer focus is evident from the time you pull into the parking lot to the time you leave. This same customer focus is extended to our self-storage website where we provide informational resources and allow customers to reserve self-storage units from the comfort of their homes.

ezStorage locations are carefully chosen for customer convenience. Our resident managers ensure top-quality management and customer care. Our obsession with cleanliness and security is everywhere you look and our customer focus is matched by our competitive pricing. Watch this video tour of our self-storage facilities to see the ezStorage difference. We welcome you to compare ezStorage to any self-storage company around. We’re sure you will see that the difference is clear.

ezStorage is Dedicated to the Growing “Green” Movement in Construction

Our Charles Village building in Baltimore, Maryland is a fully climate controlled self-storage facility and was our first LEED-certified building. The Charles Village project rehabilitated an older existing structure to a state-of-the-art self-storage facility having much less impact on the environment.

Our fully climate-controlled Elkridge facility, a Gold LEED certified building, reflects our continued dedication to the “green” movement.

LEED is an acronym for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, a certification program of the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED has a rating system for new buildings constructed to have less impact on the environment and which offer a comfortable workplace for employees.

All future ezStorage locations will also be LEED certified.
