Official Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The “Click, Store & Score” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on April 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m., (“EDT”) on June 30, 2013 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is sponsored by ezStorage Corporation, 8221 Snowden River Parkway, Columbia, MD 21045 (the "Sponsor"), who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to college students and college staff (valid college ID) of schools located in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Students must be full time attendees of colleges located in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columba who are 18 years of age or older as of the Sweepstakes Start Date, April 11, 2013. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of ezStorage Corporation, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and any other entities directly associated with this sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”), are also not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
Two Ways to Enter:
1. In-Store: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible consumers who rent a storage unit from ezStorage at any of the participating locations through The “Click, Store & Score” Sweepstakes will be automatically receive one (1) valid Sweepstakes entry.
2. Alternate Method of Entry: To enter by mail, without purchase or obligation, send your name, address, city, state, zip code and day and evening telephone numbers with area code hand-printed on a 3-1/2 " x 5 " (postcard size) paper to: ezStorage “Click, Store & Score” Sweepstakes, 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester, NY 14610. Mail entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2013 and received by July 6, 2013.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry per person regardless of the method of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, stolen, misdirected, delayed or destroyed entries. Incomplete information may result in disqualification of entry. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles of entries allowed. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Drawing & Notification: All prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the Administrator whose decisions are final and binding. The prize drawing will be conducted on or about July 15, 2013. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The potential Grand Prize Winners will be contacted by telephone (a message will not be left) and/or by email and after initial contact, will receive a USPS mail package of prize confirmation. If a potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining entries. All First Prize Winners will be contacted by email and/or by USPS mail.
Prizes: There will be three (3) Grand Prizes awarded following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. Each Grand Prize winner, upon confirmation of eligibility, will receive an Apple iPad. Each Grand Prize has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $500. Total Prize Pool –$1,500. No substitution or transfer of prize will be permitted and may not be exchanged for other prizes or for cash. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the responsibility of the prize winners. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the aforementioned prize is not available.All decisions by Sponsor as to prize winners and prizes are final. All federal, state and local taxes are sole responsibility of Winner.
Prize Conditions: The potential Grand Prize Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release to be returned within ten (10) business days of written notification, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. In Sponsor’s sole discretion, if a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if a potential Grand Prize Winner fails to return requisite document within the specified time period, or if a potential Grand Prize Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected for the prize at issue.
Additional Terms & Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injuries to any person (including death) or property of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes or from their acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of the prize, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of the prize. Entrants further acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
Use of Date: All information submitted by entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at http://www.ezstorage.com/about-ezstorage/privacy.aspx. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing your e-mail address, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Maryland. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Maryland or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Maryland.

Winners List Requests: To request confirmation of the name and address of the winners, please send a self-addressed, stamped business size envelope, by August 15, 2013, to: ASC/ EZS “Click, Store & Score” Sweepstakes Winner’s List Request, 300 State St. Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614.
